Are your luxury transport rates all-inclusive?
Yes. Our quoted rates for private transfers include fuel, tolls, and professional chauffeur services. We maintain a strict no-hidden-fee policy for our affluent clientele.
Is there a surcharge for late-night?
A standard late-night surcharge of 20% applies for journeys between 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM.
What is your complimentary waiting time policy?
For airport arrivals, we offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight landing. For city pickups and standard point-to-point transfers, we provide a 15-minute grace period.
Which payment methods are accepted for bookings?
We accept Cash and Online Transfer (DuitNow).
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to service are fully refundable. Modifications to your itinerary are welcome, subject to vehicle availability and potential fare adjustments.
Is it possible to extend the hourly booking on the day?
Our chauffeurs will accommodate extensions where possible. Additional hours are charged at the standard hourly rate and will be invoiced accordingly.
